We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
FREE shipping charge for all order within U.S.A.
Sales Tax: The state sales tax will add to your order. Order placed on our web site will have the sales tax added when invoiced.
If you wish to cancel your order, call us at 1-818-921-7767 or email to: email@example.com ASAP. Otherwise charges may occur. Once your order ships, it cannot be cancelled. The order can be returned, but along with a 10% restocking fee and both the initial and return shipping charge applied.
All claims must be made within 3 days from receipt of goods. Contact us for more information: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on our products due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us at email@example.com immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund. We'll also pay the return shipping .
You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
In order to return merchandise, you need to obtain an RMA number from our customer service department. Please note that we require the following information to process your return.
